1.　Transportation
By vessel, Base on our past abundant experience, the best condition for the plants in the reefer container is as follow: humidity 80%, temperature 17℃, air intake 50%, in this way, the plants can breathe well in the container, and will be kept alive. And we will arrange the most professional shipping company to deliver the ordered plants to the destination as required. Or you can also find the best agent for yourself.
By air, we export plants by air occasionally, just for some small plants, like Lucky bamboo, adenium obesum, etc. for its freight is higher. And the airline cargo company measure the freight by KG.
Anyway, We may help you choose the most convenient and economical way to deliver your cargo in your interests as well in ours.

2.　container capacity
By vessel, We export the plants by reefer container, mostly there are two kinds, one is 20ft and the other is 40ft, the quantities in the container depends on the which plants we load, and the specifications you order, for example, if you load the trunk height 50cm cycas revolute into 40ft container, that would be 600pcs, 40cm, that would be 800pcs. And for the trachycarpus fortunei, that would be around 200pcs of trunk diameter and trunk height 2 meter in the 20ft container. It all depends on your order.
By air, the freight is much higher than by sea, everything is measured by according to the airline cargo company,

3.　Packaging and Phytosanitary
Some countries in the world allow the import of the plants with natural soil, some countries don’t, so we will do as follow:
if without soil, we will wash the plants with water, and then pack them with the root in the peatmoss or cocomoss in the solf plastic bag, so that plants can still keep the moisture during the journey.
Some fungicide and insecticide will be used to sterilize the plans for phytosanitory check, though they have been in the strict managment.
The whole plant will wrapped with black netting to reduce the expiration on sea that makes them survive a long time .

1. we contact clients on internet, then we will send the price lists and pictures by email to clients.
2. Clients confirm the price and payment term and shipping formation, for example, the freight..
3. If the clients are interested in order, we sincerely welcome our clients to visit our nurseries and check the plants quality, and also they can choose the plants one by one as they like. In this way, also they can know the detail and scale of the our nursery.
   
4. After all information is confirmed, our client prepay 50% of the order payment (Our payment term is mostly 50% prepay+50% at sight of the scanned copies or fax copies). Our clients can also wire transfer 50% payment before they come for the confirmation of the order.
   
5. After we receive the 50% payment, we will get ready and start packing the plants and arrange the shipping as soon as possible.
   
6. On the loading date, if better, we also wish our client come for loading container.
   
7. Several days after the container goes, and when we get the documents, such as phytosanitary certificate, FormA, CITIES certificate, B/L, commercial invoice, packing lists. We will fax the copies of documents or send the scanned copies by email.
   
8. After the rest payment 50% is cleared, we will send all the original documents by DHL.
